OUR STORY MEANS YOU BENEFIT
The Clarity Human Services Software was launched as a product of Bitfocus, Inc. on January 1, 2003. Shortly after this, Bitfocus, Inc. acquired MetSYS, Inc., a California-based Human Services software firm.
CREATING CLARITY HUMAN SERVICES
The MetSYS software was outdated and ineffectual, and came with customers who were frustrated by the cumbersome software. Thus, Bitfocus built the web-based Clarity Human Services software from the bottom up.
UNSTOPPABLE EXPONENTIAL GROWTH
Starting in 2006, we became the only software company in the industry to act as both vendor and System Administrator. At this time, Bitfocus, Inc. became the HMIS System Administrator of the Nevada Statewide HMIS. We now also serve as HMIS System Administrator to numerous other communities.
WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN TO YOU?
We design software for the end user, by the end user. Early on, it became very obvious that the end-user is the most influential team member in software development. As such, we developed Clarity Human Services software with the end-user as our primary focus. Client feedback is what, in large part, drives each update.
Also, each member of our Leadership Team has an average of 9 years in the Human Services industry; this is a claim that is unique only to our company.
Our extensive experience in both the system administrator and vendor role has given us a unique perspective of the industry, as well as the hands-on perspective and experience necessary to create case management software truly shaped by the very people who use it every day.
